4. The bulk of Islamic terrorism occurs in societies already undergoing civic strife in Africa and, of course, in the Mideast. The terrorist attacks in Europe and the USA, while reprehensible, are isolated events and the number of victims approaches insignificance when compared to the daily toll of death and cultural destruction in the war-torn areas I mentioned. Salafists are hardly active "all over the globe".

5. "Glass houses", Fru-Fru — the "lunacy" charge is rich when you've got people like Trump and Bannon in power.
