@oralloy,
Have you ever crossed the street against a red light? Have you ever driven a mile over the posted speed limit? Those are "crimes" on a par with selling a few loose cigarettes for which you have already paid the state tax when you bought them and not collecting a state tax when you sell them. And then arresting him. Bobus arrest. Bogus restraint. Bogus continuance when he can't breathe. Bad cop.

@oralloy,
Repeating nonsense does not make it anything other than nonsense.

@MontereyJack,
Not nonsense. You cannot point out any factual errors in anything that I wrote.

While that may also have been a crime, he bought these cigarettes out of state, and did not pay the New York state tax on them when he bought them either.

Bogus arrest.

Being a police officer in a leftist stronghold has got to be the worst job in the world.

MontereyJack wrote:
Bogus restraint.

It is legitimate for police to restrain people when they resist arrest.

MontereyJack wrote:
Bogus continuance when he can't breathe.

The police thought he was faking. Blame the people who fake medical distress all the time when they are arrested.

MontereyJack wrote:
Bad cop.

Wrong again. He did nothing wrong.

@oralloy,
so buying cigarettes out of state and transporting them across state lines is an offense that merits death? Who's your legal role model, Genghis Khan?

@MontereyJack,
You're being silly. His death was an accident that was caused entirely by him struggling and resisting arrest.

BREAKING NEWS
A bank chairman was charged with arranging $16 million in loans to Paul Manafort to try to obtain a high-level job in the Trump administration.

Yep. Trump is still trying to drain that swamp by flooding DC with even more toxic swamp water.

@tsarstepan,

Yep. Trump

All you have to do is see it is from the NYT to know it is garbage and more desperation.
Also this guy tried to help Manafort not Trump.The short time he was with the Trump campaign has been investigated and no connection between Trump and Calk was found. If it was the NYT would say so, whether it was the truth or not.

Federal Rats Are Fleeing the Sinking Collusion Ship

This is the real news.
Quote:
Instead, John Brennan, James Clapper, James Comey, Andrew McCabe and Rod Rosenstein are now beginning to accuse each other of wrongdoing.

Even their progressive media handlers are starting to sense the desperation in their new yarns—and the possibility that these hired-gun analysts or guests were themselves guilty of crimes and were using their media platforms to fashion their own defense.

The end of the Mueller melodrama has marked the beginning of real fear in Washington.

Kiss 2020 goodbye. The people will never trust Democrats again. The circus in the House is also starting to backfire.

@coldjoint,
Any sign yet that we can get Obama sentenced to some hard prison time? That should be the primary goal here.

Well, if we get a Republican Congress in 2020 they can get right to work on that. Imagine if they scrutinize Obama the way they have Trump. I think that would result in significant time, if not execution for treason. Shocked

AG Barr speaks out against the unconstitutional nationwide rulings by federal courts targeting Trump…

The man knew the law when he served under Bush 1. He knows the law now.
Quote:
In a speech last night AG Barr took on the issue of these nationwide rulings against Trump by federal judges over the past two years, saying the courts are overstepping their constitutional authority and are wielding “unprecedented power”:

DAILY MAIL – In a speech Tuesday night, Barr took aim at the broad judicial power, arguing that federal judges who have issued the so-called nationwide injunctions are hampering Trump’s efforts on immigration, health care and other issues with ‘no clear end in sight.’

‘The legal community and the broader public should be more concerned, particularly about this trend of nationwide injunctions,’ Barr said.
