Leftist Mob Is Out to Get Judge Pirro Over an Omar Hijab Question

Quote:
“Omar wears hijab, which according to the Quran 33:59, tells women to cover so they won’t get molested,” Pirro said. “Is her adherence to this Islamic doctrine indicative of her adherence to Sharia law, which in itself is antithetical to the United States Constitution?”

The mob does not like that quotation or question that came with it. Pirro did not write the Koran. That verse is a fact. Sharia is incompatible with our Constitution, another fact.
Quote:
Certainly, Omar’s austere hijabs are a message.

Why do we have to be politically correct with their extremists, but they can say anything they want and as viciously as they want about anyone on the right.

Anyone but a lockstep useful idiot knows that is true. Time to realize the hate they support and the outright stupidity and cowardice involved in doing that. Stop kissing Islam's ass.

Fox News made its disapproval of Pirro’s comments official Sunday. “We strongly condemn Jeanine Pirro’s comments about Rep. Ilhan Omar,” Fox News said in a statement. “They do not reflect those of the network and we have addressed the matter with her directly.”

Fox news = the leftist mob?

I do not care, Fox News is wrong. They are complicit in whitewashing Islam too.

Audio recordings reveal a top Fox News host using misogynistic and offensive language on a controversial radio show.

Tucker Carlson, who speaks on the programme every week, is heard in the recordings from between 2006 and 2011 defending child marriage and making sexual comments about underage girls.

He describes women as "extremely primitive" and "basic".

The Fox News anchor has invited "anyone who disagrees" with his views to come on his show.

Mr Carlson was hired by Fox News in 2009 and has presented an eponymously named daily evening talk show since 2016.

The unearthed recordings (which contain explicit language) reveal Mr Carlson calling into a controversial show known as Bubba the Love Sponge. They were published online by the organisation Media Matters for America.

In the recordings Mr Carlson talks to the host, Todd Clem (known as Bubba the Love Sponge), as well as his anonymous co-host, about a range of current affairs.

On several conversations, the three men discuss abuse and sexual scenarios involving children.

On two occasions, Mr Carlson lambasts charges against Warren Jeffs, who is in jail for child rape: "Now this guy may be a child rapist," he says, "I'm just telling you that arranging a marriage between a 16-year-old and a 27-year-old is not the same as pulling a stranger off the street and raping her."

When the show host describes 14-year-old girls at Mr Carlson's daughter's school sexually experimenting with each other, he says: "If it weren't my daughter I would love that scenario."

He also says that Bill Clinton should divorce his wife Hillary and "take up plural marriage or something with a bunch of teenagers in a foreign country".

The three men use extremely offensive and misogynistic language against well-known female figures.

Mr Carlson refers to celebrities Britney Spears and Paris Hilton as "the biggest white whores in America", he calls the journalist Arianna Huffington a "pig" and says that Oprah Winfrey and Hillary Clinton are "anti-man".

He says that "what gets women going is arguing with them".

"You just need to be quiet and kind of do what you're told," he added.

When describing Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan, Mr Carlson says: "I feel sorry for her in that way. I feel sorry for unattractive women."

Mr Carlson posted on Twitter acknowledging that he had been caught "saying something naughty on a radio show more than a decade ago".

He did not "express the usual ritual contrition" but publicised his show and asked his opponents to come on as guests.

In December, Fox News lost more than a dozen advertisers due to derogatory comments Mr Carlson made about immigrants.

On Sunday, Fox News rebuked remarks made by host Jeanine Pirro suggesting that Democratic congresswoman Ilhan Omar supported Sharia Law because she wore a hijab.

"We strongly condemn Jeanine Pirro's comments about Rep Ilhan Omar," the network said in a statement.

Victims of IRA violence have criticised the city of San Francisco for posthumously honouring Martin McGuinness for his "courageous service in the military".

The Certificate of Honour is the US equivalent to freedom of a city.

It also recognises the former IRA leader's role in the Northern Ireland peace process.

Mary Hamilton who was injured in the IRA bombing of Claudy in 1972 described the award as "disgusting."

Now an Ulster Unionist party councillor, the former deputy Mayor of Derry, whose brother-in-law George Hamilton was also shot and killed by the IRA in 1972, said she broke down when she heard about the award.

"I remember every day the Claudy bomb victims, blown to pieces at my feet, and my brother-in-law, shot in the back, and who left behind a four-year-old child and a wife and to think Martin McGuinness is being honoured," she told the Nolan Show.

Mrs Hamilton said she believed the Mayor of San Francisco, London Breed, who signed off on the award, had been ill-informed.

"It is disgusting what they have done," she said.

Ann Travers said she was "completely sickened" by the award to Mr McGuinness.

Her sister Mary was murdered by the IRA in Belfast in 1984. The target of the ambush was their father, Tom, a resident magistrate. He survived.

"There was nothing courageous about the IRA. As far as I am aware they were not a military organisation but a terrorist organisation.

"Martin McGuinness left behind as his legacy, people with a huge amount of hurt," she said.

Ms Travers has emailed the mayor of San Francisco asking her to reconsider the award. She said she has also invited her to visit victims of IRA violence.

Margaret Veitch, whose parents died in the IRA Enniskillen bombing, told the Belfast Telegraph the former deputy first minister, who died in 2017, had gone to his grave "an unrepentant terrorist".

"Terrorists are terrorists the world over, except in Northern Ireland where they are put into government and given awards," she said.

She added: "There's not another country that would tolerate it. I don't know what's wrong with people that terrorists are now being honoured. Will San Francisco now be giving a posthumous honour to Osama bin Laden?"

Ulster Unionist MLA Doug Beattie, a retired Army captain, also reacted angrily.

He tweeted to the Democratic mayor of San Francisco: "I fought shoulder to shoulder with your country after the 9/11 terrorist attack. Yet you honour terrorists who butchered men, women and children in mine. #ShameOnYou."

Mr McGuinness died at the age of 66 in 2017.

He was second-in-command of the IRA in Derry at the time of Bloody Sunday,

In 1997, he became MP for Mid Ulster, by which time he was Sinn Fein's chief negotiator in the peace process.

By 2007, he was Northern Ireland's deputy first minister standing alongside First Minister Ian Paisley.

A Sinn Féin spokesman said the San Francisco award is a "welcome recognition of the life and legacy of Martin McGuinness".

"Martin McGuinness made a colossal contribution to the peace process, Irish unity and reconciliation.

"His remarkable life and legacy has been celebrated and recognised across the world," the spokesman said.

Some good news.

Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika has postponed the 18 April presidential elections and said he will not seek a fifth term in office.

President Bouteflika's decision to stand had provoked mass protests across Algeria over the past few weeks.

He has led Algeria for 20 years but has been rarely seen in public since he suffered a stroke in 2013.

The announcement came a day after Mr Bouteflika's return home after a two-week stay in a Swiss hospital.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Donald Trump’s 2020 budget on Monday proposed a 15 percent cut for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, calling its subsidies to farmers “overly generous” at a time when they are going through the worst crisis in decades due to depressed commodity prices and Trump’s trade tariffs.

The Republican president’s budget requested $20.8 billion for the USDA, a cut of $3.6 billion, or 15 percent, from the 2019 estimate, according to the proposed budget text. It proposes reducing premium subsidies for crop insurance, limiting the number of producers who would be eligible and tightening commodity payment limits.

“The budget also proposes that USDA responsibly and efficiently use taxpayer resources by making targeted reforms to duplicative programs and overly generous subsidy programs,” the document said.

The U.S. agriculture industry is going through its worst crisis since the 1980s, triggered by depressed prices and deepened by Trump’s trade dispute with key trading partners such as China.

LOL a high school guidance counselor once told my father that his son IE myself was not nearly as bright as I thought I was but I was just an overachiever.

It would seems that the counselor was never taught to deal with some nerd who would get only so so grades in every subject but in advance math and science courses where I would just ruin the honor roll kids grading curves.

I can still remember watching a school wide honor role ceremony when one of my favorite persons lite a tablecloth on fire when she try to light a candle of knowledge.

She was not happy with me when I literally roll in the aisle laughing in front of the whole high school as the fire was being put out.
