The LaRouche Group is right about this but it is very hard for most Americans to get their heads around. Between Germany, Russia, China, and Japan, there is no natural adversary or enemy for the United States, nobody whose interests are always going to be diametrically opposed to ours. The one nation on Earth which does fit that description is Great Britain.
