@coldjoint,
1-6 were already stipulated in the democratic bill.

7. is stupid, a non-starter.

8 is negotiable.

9 is a rant, not a plan

10 & 11 kicks the can down the road for the next three years. It solves absolutely nothing.

How is this a workable "compromise" in any way??

@neptuneblue,
If the Democrats are unhappy with the temporary nature of 10 and 11, they should make a counter offer with a permanent remedy.

7, 8, and 9 are what Trump wants out of the deal. The nature of compromise is that both sides get something they want. If the Democrats are going to reach a compromise, they are going to have to let Trump have his wall.

That shouldn't be much of a problem. The Democrats have no real objections to the wall, and they really want a permanent DACA fix.

If the Democrats insist on a permanent fix for DACA in exchange for letting Trump have his wall, the Democrats should be pretty happy with the end result.

@neptuneblue,
For $5.7 BILLION, I want a whole lot more than just kicking a can for DACA.

DACA is not a decades old problem.

@neptuneblue,
I did suggest making a counteroffer for a permanent fix. What more do you want?

If it's not something that Trump is horribly opposed to, he just might agree to it if he gets his wall in exchange.

@oralloy,
He reneges on everything, hence not trustworthy. But since you asked...

In no particular order...

1. Guiliani gets a muzzle. Fine, stay on the team but no more stupid rants on tv.
2. Close Twitter, Please and any other non-official modes of communication to the American Public and beyond.
3. Clear foreign policy, sanctioned and signed by the Department of Defense and 2 others to inform the American people.
4. Admit any foreign meddling into American elections, polices and enforce sanctions that were imposed but taken off during his administration.
5. Re-join the Paris Accord and abide by the mutual agreements reached.
6. Quit attacking NATO and make a firm commitment to our allies to stay.
7. Same thing for the U.N.
8. Quit using insults and "pet names" for the people representing their government.
10. Quit using make up - Maybelline has their own spokespersons.
11. Focus on other things he promised such as infrastructure for bridges, roads, airports, train stations and fuel efficient cars/trucks.

And a few other things that pertain to fast food, MAGA hats and general stupid behavior.

You think that's on the table?

Why do you expect Trump to carry out a different agenda than his own? He clearly thinks differently than you do.

@coldjoint,
I clearly expect him to be a president, if that's not too much to ask.

Then you should be happy. He is very much the president.

No.

But again, holding people's futures hostage isn't a solution.

That is the way it goes if you want a sovereign country. They could be deported and they are bitching. Makes no sense.

I can just picture Trump after he would grab her by her private area.

Would be similar to what happen to a poor gentleman who try to strong arm a woman who just happen to be a professional boxer of all things.

We need to made such training illegal for women to undergo,
