@blatham,
Avenatti might make some personal attacks, but outside of your example few that I have seen have been thoughtless. He comes on the scene with a porn star for a client and in a very few weeks, Trump, who had been huffing and puffing and threatening to blow the press' house down finds that most of the public has more faith in the porn star than they do in Trump.
Trump sneered his way into the White House. Avenatti goes on TV and not only sneers back, he calls the president a clueless fool who hired a legal team full of slobs who don't know what they are doing, and then proves it. He now has Trump in a position that he has to be deposed by Avenatti-and Avenatti said six months ago that is exactly what he was going to do to Trump when Trump tried to sue his client.
He's been saying for many months that Cohen was going to flip, and Cohen flipped. And thanks to Avenatti's maneuvering, a priceless piece of presidential lore has emerged for the ages. I refer of course to the meeting in the Trump hotel where Trump tried to impress Ms Daniels with the fact that his face was on a magazine cover, and she responded, "Someone ought to take that magazine and spank you with it." That alone recommends Avenatti consideration for the Oval Office, although not a guaranteed pass.
