@izzythepush,
A couple of days ago, this article ...
A half-century after being uprooted for a remote U.S. naval base, these islanders are still fighting to return
... was published by the LATimes:
Quote:

For now, the only path back to Chagos seems to depend on Mauritius regaining control of the islands.

After long ignoring the plight of the refugees on its soil, the Mauritian government — perhaps envisioning the islands’ economic potential — now says it views their resettlement and development as “matters of high priority.”

Last year, Britain fought in the United Nations General Assembly to keep the issue out of the international court — established to decide disputes between nations — but lost in a vote of 94 to 15. Britain’s main European allies abstained, a sign of how the Chagos episode has come to be seen, in the words of a former British diplomat, as “one of the worst violations of human rights perpetrated by the U.K. in the 20th century.”

But there is little indication that Britain would be swayed by the court, whose advisory opinions have been ignored before. In 2004, it ruled that Israel’s construction of a wall through the Palestinian territory of the West Bank was illegal — but Israel simply rejected the ruling and the wall remains.

“At best, it’s a condemnation,” Mardemootoo said. “But that is what we are hoping to achieve — that with international pressure, the U.S. and U.K. will back down.”

Britain has said it would hand the islands back to Mauritius when they were “no longer needed for defense purposes,” without suggesting a date.

The U.S. lease on Diego Garcia runs through 2036.

You illustrate clearly that you don't have a moral bone in your entire being, Izzy.

Stealing the home of the Chagos Islanders is one of the UK and US's most evil crimes against humanity ever.

@Walter Hinteler,
How come you don't condemn the deep evil of the UK and the USA, Walter. Are you so inured to brutality from your own past that you have no compassion left for the Chagos Islanders at all?

Speaking of murderous dictators, every US president since WWII has been a Class A war criminal.

Looks like Real Music has found some Russian collusion. Too bad it is between the meme makers and the Russians. No collusion by Trump or his campaign.

Izzy, chiding others about their humanity, the guy who supports all the evil his UK governments have done over the centuries.

Trump is right again. Google is extremely biased against any conservative views. That stat in the headline proves it.

I prefer to call it fascism, and supporting fascists is crazy, right?

BILL CLINTON PAID PAULA JONES $850,000 TO GO AWAY – I Don’t Remember The FBI Raiding His Lawyer’s Office

I do not remember that either. Anyone here remember that?

“The president has decided he is not prepared to spend one more hour on this matter,” Bennett said. “It is clear that the American people want their president and Congress to focus on the problems that they were elected to solve. This is a step in that direction.”

Why isn't that true now?

Then why don't you try some, Walter?

Too many people are silent about the centuries long US evil, easily the equivalent of the Nazis.

Why?

Like I say, when I see Russians rounding up demokkkrats in port cities like Houston, I'm willing to help any way I can. One of them (Russians) told me that scientists at the University of Moscow believe that demokkkrats are descended more or less directly from Neanderthals, which explains some of the character flaws. They do have a high fence around that compound where they're keeping theem so they can't get out and just run amuck...

@Walter Hinteler,
Isn't this theft of the Chagos Islanders lands exactly the kind of thing German Nazis were hung for, Walter? This kind of patronizing behavior illustrates that you aren't concerned about actual issues of morality, kindness, human compassion, ... .

For some odd reason you only seem interested in sucking up to a crowd of A2K people who also have zero interest in morality, kindness, human compassion, ... .

Shredded Fictions

A little more on Germany because the members here need to stay informed of the wrong headed messages we get from some posters. Another opinion here, fact based opinion.
Quote:
A representative sample is an ongoing case. Months ago, police caught in Berlin two Chechens in possession of bomb-making material. Since no action had yet been taken, they were let go. Wisely, these decided to split up. On the 15th of August the youth that stayed provoked another raid. It netted evidence of a planned attack on the public. This time an arrest followed.

As this suggests, the largesse toward law-breakers tends to involve predictable risks to the public. The reader finds examples along the lines of the Steinle murder in accommodating San Francisco -where the reluctance to act preventively has cost a life. As argued here in the past, such cases support the claim that “PC kills”.
Elites use the media they control through loyal writers, reporters and pundits, to go beyond determining what will be allowed to become “news”. They can also tell the average person what he must think so as not to be cast as a deviant, but also what he thinks. This elite’s death-wish for our civilization sermonizes that resisting physical attacks upon our way of life is an illiberal act inspired by neo-colonialism. By that standard, persecuting and suppressing attackers is depicted as the “racism” of those that are, anyhow, guilty for the backwardness of the Third World.

This softness, marketed as enlightened liberal openness, comes from mushy thinking. It does more than to boldly ignore the facts. What it achieves is to suppress the native majority’s instinct of self-preservation manifested through the appropriate resistance to encroachments. Additionally, what amounts to the wholesale excuse of crime before it can even happen, is being advocated.

A psychiatrist who also serves as an “expert witness” in Britain, expresses the defiance provoked by submissiveness. “I’ve got no respect for any law other than Allah’s, so I don’t care about the law… I care for the law of Islam.” Equally revealing is an open letter -attribute it to native sympathizers- in the German and Austrian press. It makes the indigenous responsible for the failed integration of migrants. These should get more money and should be invited to join families -which will presumably show their tolerance by adapting to Muslim standards.

Not a flattering but brutally honest assessment of Germany. Just looking out for our friends, no thanks necessary.
Quote:
That organized indigenous forces, driven by multicultural dogmas, self-hate, and reverse racism, guide and support take-overs-by-merger, augments the peril.
