He's set the stage for going over to the Russian side to save America. Essentially he's saying that France, Germany, Italy and all our other friends are our enemies, and that Putin is our friend who is going to help us against these stealth enemies.
Notice how Trump agreed to a meeting place just a couple of hours drive from the Russian border. And how he scheduled a period where he is alone with Putin for an hour or two before the two emerge together. In that period, it would be child's play for Trump and Putin to walk into a large room, close the door, then walk out another door to a corridor leading outside where both get in a waiting auto with a Russian race car driver at the wheel.
Within an hour the car is in Russia, the gags and bonds are removed from the hapless translators and they are released when the car is in Russian territory. Meanwhile, the world still awaits Trump and Putin emerging from the room in Helsinki. Eventually somebody gets the temerity to open the door and finds an empty room.
Shortly thereafter, Trump and Putin make a joint announcement in Moscow that Trump has left the United States in order to prevent the Globalist Imperialist Zionist New World Order from capturing him, and that he will be making RT videos commanding his alt-right followers on how to proceed against the illegitimate ZOG (Zionist Occupational Government), occupying the US presently.
The only question left is: Which side of the Civil War will Fox be on?
