However, another possibility has reared its head. When you do fake news, like Coldjoint's sources do, making up dates out of thin air is a matter of course. It is doubtful that the fake news site even ran that article on Jan 3, 2016, since it seems to be based on an incident with a Kim Jong Un impersonator a few weeks ago:
