The Secret Service has to maintain a presence 24/7 @ tRump Tower in Manhattan and Mara-a-Lago. Those rents go into tRumps scam funds too. And, there are many other scams he has going that we won't know about till history is written.

@layman,
Maybe you just mean that he's ripping off taxpayers by letting some of his billionaire homeboys visit him at the white house, all expenses paid, eh?

Oh, wait, that won't work:

Quote:
The White House in Washington, D.C. serves as the official residence of the president. Facilities that are available to the president include access to the White House staff, medical care, recreation, housekeeping, and security services. The government pays for state dinners and other official functions, but the president pays for personal, family, and guest dry cleaning and food; the high food bill often amazes new residents.

That's why he eats McDonald's and KFC chow 24/7, eh? He's too damn cheap to pay white house prices for his food.

You kinda remind me of that street bum I seen the other day, eh? Some rich-lookin guy gave him a $100 bill. As he walked away, the bum screamed and cussed him to no end. Perhaps the least insulting name he called him was "cheap-ass ************." The bum knew he probably had at least $200 in his wallet, but only gave him one, see?

This guy is a blue-ribbon scumbucket.

Quote:
In 2011, when Republicans appeared poised to shut down the government, Trump sat down with NBC's Meredith Vieira and focused his attention on one man: Barack Obama.

Quote:
VIEIRA: So if there were a partial shutdown of the government come Friday, that would be OK with you.

TRUMP: In my opinion -- you know, I hear the Democrats are going to be blamed and the Republicans are going to be blamed. I actually think the president would be blamed. If there is a shutdown, and it's not going to be a horrible shutdown because, as you know, things will sort of keep going.... If there is a shutdown I think it would be a tremendously negative mark on the president of the United States. He's the one that has to get people together.

He kept going (and going). "I'm a deal man," Trump added. "I've made hundreds and hundreds of deals and transactions. He never did deals before. How can you expect a man that's not a deal man that never did a deal, other than frankly becoming president of the United States, he never did a deal, how's he going to corral all these people to get them to do a deal?"

Asked how he would prevent a shutdown, Trump boasted, "I would get everybody together and we'd have a budget and it would get done." Reminded that the relevant officials had already gotten together, he added, "[T]hey don't have the right leader. You don't have the right leader."

...What’s more, this wasn’t the only quote along these lines.

@blatham,
Like every responsible person, even Trump, deal-maker that he is, refuses to negotiate with terrorists.

For one thing it would just encourage them to kidnap and ransom even more hostages. It's a bad "deal."

@maporsche,
Since "A Christian, A Conservative And A Republican ..." US VP is just visiting Israel, I'd thought, he would talk if not with the Palestinians at least with Christians in Israel.
But as far as I could find out, they want to talk with him.
True Christians obviously only live in the Bible Belt.

@layman,
You never see the obvious, or you are merely obtuse for the sake of your narrative. No one said he was stealing. What he is doing is making a profit by going to golf resorts (and such) which he owns and we end up paying his resorts out of our tax dollars. So when he goes to play golf, not only is he doing like most presidents, playing golf on our tax dollars because of all the secret service and all the rest but he is actually profiting from his own vacations from US tax payers. It is simply unethical by any reasonable standards. But of course you got to argue the opposite. You are a complete waste of time, so it is my own fault I waste it with it with you.

Yeah, yeah, Rev. Like every other cheese-eater here, you claim that anyone who challenges your sloppy logic and/or who doesn't agree with your unsupported and unwarranted conclusions is "wasting your time." That's why they create "safe spaces," so that no one can ever possibly waste your time by disagreeing with you, eh? Best head for your safe space now.

I can't say I disagree with you though. It is indeed true that if the only response you are seeking when making an utterance is the ratification of your claim, hopefully coupled with a compliment for your brilliance, then you are "wasting your time" if you don't get it.

@revelette1,
layman and his ilk are in make believe land - if you want to deal there you gotta understand that reality doesn't exist! In their world, their lies are fact and real world truth is fake. Their distorted reality has altered their minds.....

BTW, regardless of what they write, they admit it! Proof, they admit that their world is the world of "alternate facts"; which, of course, is impossible in the world of reality.
