This is bullshit. Sure, I'm free to give the FBI emails addressed to me without a warrant, but they can't legally take information about emails between two other parties that I have stolen and claim a right to see them without a warrant. For a warrant to be issued, probable cause for believing a crime has been committed is required. The feds can't just say they're "curious."

More bullshit, which you suck up with a straw, eh? No crimes have been alleged. No one has attempted to use any of these emails as evidence of a crime. If and when that happened, the issue would be raised "in court." This guy says as much himself, while omitting the fact that so such "court" exists at the moment. This is just chum for chumps. Do you ever stop to consider whether the talking points you so rapidly adopt as your own even make sense?
Quote: Tell 'em anything; just change the topic. Let the loyal sheep gather talking points from the host of conservative websites promoting this fiction and let them post the crap on internet forums. With luck some new headlines will emerge to divert attention from their weak arguments and the whole cycle will begin again.
Speak for yourself, cheese-eater.
