New outcry as Trump tweets mock video showing him beating up CNN stand-in

“It is a sad day when the President of the United States encourages violence against reporters,” the network said in statement.

Homeland security advisor Thomas Bossert, who was shown the clip while appearing on ABC’s Sunday program “This Week,” watched stone-faced and then declared, “No one would perceive that as a threat. I hope they don’t.”

Why worry, debate or discuss all of this that you have no control over when you can understand this?

Cable News Ratings: Fox News Breaks Records

Fox News finished far and above its competition in the ratings for the first quarter of 2017, with the network putting up the highest-rated quarter ever in cable news history in the total day viewership measure, according to Nielsen data released Tuesday. This marks 61 consecutive quarters that Fox News has finished number one among cable news networks in total day and primetime viewership.

CNN finished second with 826,000 total day viewers.

61 quarters? That's over 15 YEARS, aint it?

Trump has over 100 million followers on social media. CNN has less than 1 million viewers. There are towns in America where a CNN viewers can't find a single other viewer to discuss what they saw, eh?

Whose message is getting out, ya figure?

A few months ago all the cheese-eaters were declaring their determination to FIGHT and RESIST.

Now they're all just wimpering, licking their wounds in the shadows like a beaten dog, knowing better than to reveal their disgusting beliefs in public. Kinda like ISIS, ya know?

Just look at this thread, know what I'm sayin? The demoralization and surrender of the cheese-eaters is quite apparent.

@layman,
Trump approval 37%, Trump disapproval 57%. His message is getting out all right, and Americans detest it and him.

U.S.-Backed Forces Trapping ISIS Holdouts in Raqqa

Coalition officials said that the city was virtually surrounded, and that the one gap remaining along the river could be easily observed from the air. It is estimated that more than 1,100 militants have been killed in the past month. Of those who remain, almost a third are believed to be foreign fighters recruited by ISIS.

The coalition has already destroyed the two bridges that lead south from Raqqa, which is on the northern bank of the Euphrates River. The coalition also helped the forces establish control of two nearby dams.

“And we shoot every boat we find,” said Lt. Gen. Stephen J. Townsend, the American commander of the coalition force fighting the militants. “If you want to get out of Raqqa right now, you’ve got to build a poncho raft.”

Most Islamic State leaders and personnel responsible for administering the caliphate and plotting attacks have evacuated the city. As Iraqi forces are mopping up the last pockets of Islamic State resistance in the Iraqi city of Mosul, the battle for Raqqa gives the American-led coalition — and the Trump administration — an opportunity to deliver a blow to the Islamic State,

The United States is providing much of the firepower in support of the Arab and Kurdish forces, using artillery, Himars satellite-guided rockets, Apache attack helicopters, armed drones and warplanes.

One complication for the Raqqa operation has been defused, at least for now. Escalating tensions between the United States and Russia over the scope of American and coalition airstrikes over Syria seem to have eased.

General Townsend was speaking with his Russian counterpart, Col. Gen. Sergei Surovikin, to reach an agreement to separate the Syrian government’s ground forces, and the Iranian militias that fight with them, from the fighters backed by the American-led coalition.

The line that the two commanders agreed upon runs in an arc from the southern shore of Lake Assad to a small town east of Raqqa.

Trapped like rats. When you have a rat cornered, you don't try to shoo it away, or cage it. You kill it. Dead.

We aint takin no prisoners, so don't think they can just surrender to survive. Thousands of rats will soon be dead.

I'ma tell ya what this **** reminds me of (and it's some really funny ****)...

Everybody in the world knows who Jesse (the Mind) Ventura is.

Ever heard of a cat named Adlai E. Stephenson III? Probably not, right? Adlai 3 was being touted as the next demopoop superstar, presidential material if ever such a thing existed. The final step on the path to the White House for Adlai 3 was the governorship of Minnesota. That should have been easy, right? But Adlai 3 was blown out of that race by Jesse the Mind Ventura, largely with the aid of political ads showing Jesse the Mind bodyslamming the "Evil Special Interest Man ", obviously representing Adlai 3...

Can you imagine being a fly on the wall at DNC headquarters in Minnesota the night that **** went down???

I believe you have to think about that for a while to really grasp how funny it is..,

What I mean is that if Republicans had tried to campaign against or argue against Adlai 3 by talking about Nietzsche, Plato, Kant and anything else like that, they would have lost badly; the demopoop voting blocks, not comprehending any of that at all, would have simply gone into the voting booths and voted the way their masters had instructed. But can you imagine the demopoop voting blocks watching Jesse the Mind body-slamming the "Evil Special Interest Man" on their TVs?

Quote:
WHOAAAA, MUTHA-FUKKA, thas some real **** theah, man, ain't no way I'm votin fo Adlai 3 aftah Jesse the Mind done slammed his ass like that man!!!!

Quote:
SHEEEEEEE-IT MON, I din known them demokkkrats was runnin a punk like that fo govner man, I's votin fo Jesse the Mind man.....

They say old Adlai E three has been living in a Northern forest since that time, pretty much ashamed to show his face in public. Hopefully the same will happen to the punk losers who run CNN...

@layman,
Rasmussen has a well-known rightward bias, for one reason because their polls are telephone-base, and more than half the country no longer has a landline, and the people who don't have one tend to be youngerand mofre Democratic. Join the 21st entury, Rasmussen, and people will take you more seriously. Even so, 46&, if it were reliabel (which it isn't), is not exactly a ringing endorsement, since it
s short of a majority, as all Trump''s polls and proposed initiatives have proven themselves to be. People do detest him and his ideas.
