He couldn't seem to understand the difference between the CLOSED investigation of the clinton email server, and the ONGOING investigation of russian interference. A scary spectacle. McCain needs to retire, but he won't leave until they carry him the hell out feet first.

I don't agree with him that much, way too much of a war hawk, but, I wouldn't like to see him be disrespected if he is having mental problems of some sort; so publically.
