How to improve the quality of marriage?

When our marriage has passed over 15 years, My wife and I felt that we don't satisified with the quality of marriage. Sometimes we can't communicate with each other peacefully.
I have readed a book which told me to use admire words more and more. Yes ,I agree this opnion, but I can't use this model freely.
