Sumac, as danon has often said, the most important thing is the overall clicking for the rainforest. Now, for some of us, the competitive aspect is what keeps us clicking, so the team thing helps us.

I'm always glad to see your 'face'.

Can't remember which link I used, but as I am already a care2 member, it didn't seem to matter. I know that Ul is still clicking. Maybe some active recruitment to surge ahead and get a definitive lead?

jb,
You might find it a lot easier to just do what I did. Get yourself to the place where you click, then make a right mouse click anyplace on the screen, click on create shortcut, and then you will have an icon to that very page on your desktop. I right clicked on the icon to rename it to rainforest. Now, whenever I turn on the computer for the first time, I will immediately get online, and do the clicking before I forget.

sumac,
I like to keep my desktop as clear as possible, with recycle bin and the pix taken during the month.
That's so b/c then it gives me the greatest view of my wallpaper, which I taken myself.I change it everyday, or every other day.I'll post to this thread, I promise.

I just cleaned out my icons off the desktop too. Have only the recycle bin, icon to seattlebuzz forum index, and the rainforest icon. You don't need more. But you have to click, jb, not just post.

I'll click.
I've been clicking almost every day, when no one was here to remind me.
I will click as long as the rainforest exists----hopefully, that's a longer than my life.
I hope...

And your photos are gorgeous, jb. I quite understand you wanting to see them as screensavers, unfettered by unimportant symbols. Nature doesn't like to be messed with in that way.

I'm here, workworker, breathlessly awaiting the great celebration when the Rainforest Leaderboard announces that the aktbird57 team is now #1 worldwide.

In case anybody wants to check in between ehBeth's or danon5's posting of the stats, here is the link:

Rainforest Leader Board --
http://rainforest.care2.com/leaderboard.html

(It is very often blank, but if you're lucky you will catch it at a time when the stats are visible.)

Hi Aa. Waiting for the big unveiling of the leaderboard, eh?? I am truly amazed by the math that was done to estimate the Rainforest taking over first place.

Clicking in on the approaching RED LETTER DAY!!!

Good morning everyone,

All clicked in!!

The leaderboard is still blank - however, if our and Carolyn's clicking history remained unchanged, we are in the No. ONE spot this day!!!!!

Let's keep those clicks clicking.............

Thanks for being such good friends of the forest and for taking the time away from your activities to click to save even a small amount of forest. It could be that it is that tiny space that holds the secret to a cure for cancer or another illness. We never know, but we must keep offsetting the thoughtlessness of those few people who want to destroy the forest for profit.

Hi everyone!
I'm here and I'm clicking. Did we pass Carolyn yet?
We had a full day of power outage (due to a careless worker at an undisclosed company). Looks like I missed several pages of conversation.

Hello to sumac and jeanbean!
