ohhhhhhhhh Chicago is such a fabulous place. a friend of mine moved there last year and moved back before i could down there for another visit. I get weekly Chicago entertainment updates on-line - cranking up the appetite to go there again someday soon.

It's been ten years since I've lived there. I don't have a clue...What's the hotspot these days? Or maybe one of the old never-say-die places like the Billy Goat Tavern or Pizzeria Uno? Yummmmmy.
Has anyone tried Pizza Hut's Chicago Deep Dish Pizza? There ought to be a law...

Cold in Chicago?
I can rmember days when the temp was -50F with the wind effect.
Riding the CTA bus and seeing a 2 inch layer of frost on the INSIDE of the bus.

I've gotta be honest, sozobe. The weather is still too iffy for me then. I vowed never to return to Chicago before May and after October. I was there two years ago in April and damned if it didn't snow.
