Gf got mad at me and deleted me, tried to re-add but she declined...after cooling down she decided to try and add me back but neither of us can add the other and when I go to her page there is no "add friend" button at all, she adds me and when the page is refreshed the "add friend" button simply reappears

She still (possibly) has you blocked. Both of you need to check your privacy settings, and you should both check your block lists.

Already checked that, like I said, she's able to see my page and has the "add friend" button available, but when she clicks to add me and refreshes the page, the request never sends and the button goes back to "add friend" as opposed to "pending request"
