Rex...the bottom line is that you are a gay man in America...

Do whatever the hell you want. Steady the hand of these people attempting to cut your throat. But don't for one second argue that your conduct and perspective in this regard are reasonable or logical.

They most assuredly are not.

Frank, if you think you can knock the Bible down by throwing a few labels at me I find that rather desperate...

I don't throw the labels at you, Rex. I would not even know about the labels if you hadn't brought them forward for consideration.

I think a gay male in this country supporting the god of the Bible...the Republican Party...and conservative America...

...is a goddam fool.

You may not like that...but that is how I feel.

Frank, if you cannot attack God legitimately you then attempt to attack my manhood.

Again you are desperate and it is unbecoming of you...

Since you refuse to acknowledge the freedom from the law in the epistles and you refer to Paul the apostle in negative terms I am not surprised that you stoop to such low tactics...

One...I most definitely can attack your god legitimately.

Two...I would never attack your "manhood"...and I fail to see anything that I have written that could be considered an attack on your manhood.

I am not desperate.

In fact, I feel I have the easier task in our debate.

Since you refuse to acknowledge the freedom from the law...

All I do is to quote Jesus on the issue.

Quote:

As I said...I quote Jesus on the issue. If you want to take Paul's word for things rather than Jesus'...you certainly are free to do so.

It is a mythology...and you can do as you please.

No "low tactics", Rex. You are just feeling the pressure of seeing that your case is so easily defeated.

I really think you christians have it way over Frank in term of your actions. Your homophobic bigotry against gays and lesbians is much worse than the verbal views expressed by Frank. Christians can't see it, but it's wrong to discriminate against any human, for reasons explained in the bible. Human equality should come first - even before the bible. The bible comes out about dead-last in my books. Anything that teaches discrimination is wrong.

Frank, all you are doing is saying "Rex you are wrong..."

You have very little substance to counter any of my arguments...

You are kidding here, aren't you.

I have more substance in each of most of my posts than you have in your entire time at Abuzz and A2K. Gimme a goddam break.

Quote:

Just because you say so (who is advocating blind faith) doesn't make it so...

What are you talking about???? How about a particular. Jesus Christ...and you have the nerve to talk about me lacking substance.

Quote:
You need to have parallels, analogies and real life trials to counter my arguments...

BE SPECIFIC FOR CHRISSAKE!

Your 'arguments", Rex, are the arguments of an adolescent. I have absolutely no problem with your silly "arguements."

Or because, "I can swear real good".

Quote:

Like, here is a reason: Maybe the reason why some people cannot see God is because... they have their (spiritual) eyes closed?

And maybe there is no f*****g god to see.

I DO NOT KNOW!

What makes you so goddam certain that you do?

Quote:

Was that something you even considered when you made up your mind Frank?

EARTH CALLING REX.....EARTH CALLING REX.

What are you smoking, boy?

I am an agnostic. I do not know if a God exists...or if no gods exist.

Boy...are you thick!

Quote:
Some people are born blind and some become blind...

And some are as sholes. What is your point?

Frank, only 16% of the entire world is non religious and only a small portion of that 16% is agnostic...

That puts you in a rather small boat my friend...

Imagine that, I did not have to swear and insult your manhood to make a simple point...

Now who is thick?

An agnostic does not hate God...

Frank, your hatred for the biblical God (you claim you cannot know) does not place you in the center. It throws off your agnosticism. When I mention that, you are then desperate enough to attack me rather than reply concerning the Bible...

This shows you have emotional issues...
swearing, cursing, ranting... focus Frank, get a grip...

What has "small boat" have to do with anything? It surely isn't logic. Once upon a time, most people on this planet thought the earth was flat, and they were all wrong. Doesn't mean a damn thing!

The spiritual world is still flat...

How you do err...

If you head south in the soul you will not reach China... you will reach hell...

I don't expect you to see that while you are so busy hating God...

And only 33% are Christian which puts you in a small boat as well.

Oh, and it is estimated that there are 34,000 seperate Christian groups which severely shrinks you boat as well.

Good question!

not in the least...

I have been born again with holy seed that cannot be removed.

1Pe 1:23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

Ro 8:1a
There is therefore now no condemnation [judgment] to them which are in Christ Jesus

Ro 4:15
Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression [wrath].

Ro 5:9
Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

Comment:
shall I go on?

Frank are you listening? You cannot reason better than God... Smile

90% believe in God... that makes the agnostic boat "smaller" and most agnostics are 11 year olds.

The Bible says there are two Gods... "the prince of the power of the air" and "the one true God"... this explains why there are so many religions...

1Co 2:13
Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

It takes spirit to know spirit.

The worlds tendency to find the itself more beautiful than it's creator is narcism.
