Actually, it is:
PORTUGUESE (Portugal): Eu amo-te / Amo-te (informal)
PORTUGUESE (Brazil): Eu te amo / Te amo (informal)

Note: In most regions of Brazil the 'te' and the 'ti' is said like 'tchee'; that doesn't happen in Portugal. (Well, it did... up until the XVII century.)

How DO you say "I love you" in Rasta? Other than the Patois-Jamaican "Mi luv yuh"?

The Macedonian way of saying "I love you" isn't "Te sakam", as someone posted. Te sakam means "I like you." I am Macedonian, and learned it before I learned English...but to this day, I still don't know how to say "I love you." Damn shame...

Could it be that Macedonians say "Ljubim te" for i love you?
