Only because you have become so used to the glorification of victims that to you the absence of this fetish represents cruelty. I am not a proponent of victim culture, you are never going to get the homilies on victimhood that you want out of me. My goal is to prevent the victims from being made, it is to break the abuser/victim cycle.

Victims are just people, they have no more rights than non victims. I am ready to talk about rights, justice, and making America a better place. Those of you who get something out of crying for victims can go on without me. And as is my habit I tend to join the cause of the side that is getting treated less fairly, because justice is a core imperative for me. In this case that is not the young victims of sexual transgression, everyone is crying for them already, it is rather the mostly men that the state beats on in retaliation that have my attention , it is they who are getting treated the most unfairly. THat does not mean that I dont care about victims though.

He didn't have sex with a 5 year-old. He was charged with sex with a minor who was 17. But that sex was legal in NYC, only reason it factored in to the charges was he crossed state lines and paid her for the sex.

The claim that teens can't consent to sex is simply untrue and no scientific evidence supports the claim. It's in fact still being studied. But nothing's been published yet. Fact is (until and unless refited with new evidence) is that human beings like every other mammal become 'sexually mature' at puberty. From then on sex hormones get produced resulting in incresed sexual interest. And regardless of neurological development, it doesn't take a heck of a lot to consent to pleasure.

News reports sensatinoalize and made it hard to know I agree, why I like actual legal docs. The child porn in question was both the stuff made by the other guy, as well as proper commercial child porn (as with the 6 year-old some articles mentioned.)

The state makes a big deal that he wanted younger, but I say that is irrelevant, because thoughts are not crimes only actions are. I think that state has said that he paid a 16 year old prostitute, which I dont care about either. Younger than than that I do.

You dont understand consent...it has nothing to do with science, it is when the state approves of the sex. Under what ever age the state decides we the citizens are not allowed to consent, so there is no consent.

If you are such an expert then you know that till the last few years almost no study was done on consent, because according to the feminist/state cooperative how people arrive at a consensual arrangement on their own is irrelevant since the feminist/state cooperative is going to overwrite what we have been doing with its new rules. The are rules that are supposed to be for the "SAFETY!" of youth and women, both not being fully formed and fully functional humans. There is no need to know how consent is formed so why study it?

The feminists somehow lost the ability to scuttle scientific study that they dont want, there is now finally some action.
