'Just as bad' and 'same effect' are pretty vague terms. Just as bad as what and to whom? Religion? Psychological? Neurologic?

I'd say it's more objectionable to be looking at 'fake celebrity porn' than actual celebrity porn since it's libeling people with professional reputations. Actual porn content made for commercial exploitation, it's what it was created for so nothing objectionable about it. But the fake stuff is like maligning someone's reputation.
