"Who Decided That The R's Are Stupid?"
I believe the R's themselves had a hand in the decision, and it's been a group effort. The Nuge has certainly done his part over the years... recently:

Ted was kind enough to break his post it to sections (anticipating the capacity of his fans?) for us. So that's nice. Below he indicates that homosexuality and stance on abortion are hereditary
Quote:For those Americans still capable of actually thinking with a sense of honesty, THINK ABOUT THIS!!
Part I ….
A. Back off and let those men who want to marry men, marry men.
B. Allow those women who want to marry women, marry women.
C. Allow those folks who want to abort their babies, abort their babies.
D. In three generations, there will be no liberal democrats
Here Nugent copy/pastes some stats from a conservative site; probably this
one, or one like it. Now, there may be some validity to the info, I don't really know yet. But it feels like a lazy reference, as the source is biased, from 2011 at the latest, and not
definitive. Also, the quote below is both incorrect, and most likely
misattributed
Quote:Part II:
10 Poorest Cities in America and how did it happen?

St. Louis , MO - (6th) since 1949
El Paso , TX - (7th) has never had a Republican mayor

THINK ABOUT IT!
Einstein once said, 'The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.'
It is the poor who habitually elect Democrats...yet they are still POOR.
THINK ABOUT IT!
A couple of quotes to finish it out, and another one that's
falsely, and it would seem intentionally, attributed to a person that people have actually heard of. It was even
discussed here on a2k! I do agree with it for the most part, but the second quote is weak
Quote:Part III:
"You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich.
You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong.
You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift.
You cannot lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down.
You cannot further the brotherhood of man by inciting class hatred.
You cannot build character and courage by taking away people's initiative and independence.
You cannot help people permanently by doing for them, what they could and should do for themselves."
...........Abraham Lincoln
THINK ABOUT IT!
"Any man who thinks he can be happy and prosperous by letting the government take care of him had better take a closer look at the American Indian.” - Henry Ford
THINK ABOUT IT!
So there you have it, an
R imploring people capable of thinking to think. And it is evident from his post that he's
decided exactly what type and level of thinking he's looking for. I'll end with a couple of quotes that I like:
"If it was true that lower taxes for the rich and more wealth to the wealthy lead to job creation, today we would be drowning in jobs."
"The most pro-business thing you can do is to help middle-class people thrive."
