Whats worse having an ex who is in a relationship that wants nothing to do with you and ignores your attempts to communicate or an ex who is in a relationship but still calls you to tell you he misses you, wants to see you, spend time with you and wont let you move on but says he wants to leave his current relationship just needs time to work up the nerve to leave.

People are exes for a reason. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and block both of them on all social media channels.
