urs, When in Atlanta, don't miss CNN Center if you haven't seen it yet. The tour is worth the few bucks. c.i.

Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ... merci moi, what excitement!

Got my new digicam, I'm practicing, and deleting, practicing and deleting, so hopefully, we'll get some good shots to post afterwards!

Cool, Misti!

I'm doing laundry - everything that has to come along tomorrow. BigDice is at work - the last day :-)

C.I., yes, it is very impressive. I already visited the CNN center. This time it will only be the Atlanta airport for us.

Oh, I'm just in my professional assistant mode. What do we have to do before we leave? Did we forget anything?

I won't be able to sleep tonight and will be very excited tomorrow! :-)

Don't fall into my big worry of the moment: oversleep and miss the nonrefundable flight.

Yes, and we are switching to daylight savings time this night. That would be a really good chance to be late at the airport.

But no - not me! I'll be awake at six latest! We have to leave home just before 9.00 am. I'll have plenty of time.

Well, I guess I'll start packing now.

Roger, do make sure you will NOT oversleep!

urs53- Does daylight savings start tonight? All over the world? If it does, thanks for the "heads up". It completely escaped my notice! Confused

Phoenix - not in the US of A, I believe, until next weekend.

Here it's just ended. Waaaahhhhh! We're on the downhill run to winter (but I'm escaping some of it this year).

Now, how do you reset the Possum-cat's clock? He's jut woken me at his usual time - and it's only 4.36am Sad

Phoenix, Margo is right. That's just in Europe. In the US it's next weekend. Probably to keep me really mixed up ;-)

urs53- I was going nuts looking for a notice in the paper about the time change. Then I checked on my computer, and learned about the difference in the days that the time changes in Europe vs. the US. Wow, the stuff that I learn on the internet! Surprised

Roger- Don't worry. You are coming on the 5th. Right? Daylight savings starts on the 6th!

Roger, do you want me to call you to wake you up? I would be happy to just to prevent you from missing your flight!

I knew there was a difference in daylight savings time in Europe and USA, now I know it's only a week or so.

Until next week, our friends in London and Ireland and Germany are 6 hrs. ahead instead of 5. Right?

7 hours instead of 6 hours for Germany, Misti. We are one hour apart from England and Ireland. Is this complicated or what?

Well, we will change to Florida time soon. It is 8.00 am Sunday morning. All I have to do is get Stefan out of bed, throw the rest of the stuff into the suitcases, say goodbye to the cats (the hardest part!) and off we are.

See you soon! :-)

Of course I did! Now Nisse sits here and is very worried. It breaks my heart. But our catsitters will take good care.

Talking about time, here's a pic of the Royal Observatory in Greenwich. Bet, most of you haven't seen this before. c.i.

Oh puhleeze- A few more days, and I will be obsessing about what to take to the gathering. If you see an old broad carrying enough stuff for an around the world trip, you will know that it is me.

Phoenix - just remember the purple bikini and the red hat and you'll be fine!

I can hardly wait to hear about the adventures in Florida.
