Yes, a large group of different personalities and opinions for the Republicans.
I suspect that would be better than a few choices of old, re-fried ideas, forced upon those who support the liberal side.
@edgarblythe,
Neil's a smart guy.
Recently listened to an interview with David Suzuki who talked about what it's like to have Neil with him on particular campaigns. Neil studies the issues and knows the facts before he speaks out.
I agree. Neil thinks much like I do.
Ted Cruz says first thing he will do as president will be shut down the Supreme Court.
@edgarblythe,
I think you made that up.
@roger,
I often post joking statements. But, here, what I wrote is not so far from his actual words. Here is what he said.
The Texas senator also shared his plans for post-2016: “God willing, if I become President next year, I promise the American people that the first order of business will be to shut down the mockery that has come to be known as the Supreme Court of the United States. That is my solemn oath, and Americans know Ted Cruz always keeps his promises.”

@edgarblythe,
That site is satire,
Edgar. Granted, the Republican candidates make it very difficult to distinguish between their actual statements and satire, but that one is satire.
@joefromchicago,
Thanks. I never heard of that site before. I will bookmark them for future reference.

I should have known you would do that.
@roger,
I mean so that I don't get fooled again.
@edgarblythe,
Not for future reference, eh?
@roger,
Probably not. I get tired of Onion and such sites.
@edgarblythe,
Let me amend. I don't get tired of the New Yorker satire.
@edgarblythe,
You could be right. He's known to have a healthy dose of that old time religion.
Of all the candidates, I think Jindal and Cruz are the dumbest. Next to Perry.
