@cicerone imposter,
I don't know if you can tell everywhere, but what is the mood in California, do you know? Is it Trump, Bernie or Hillary? Guess I could look up online, but thought you might know.

@revelette2,
California is majority democrats. Between Bernie and Hillary, I think it's Bernie. I'm leaning more Bernie than Hillary as of now, but it can change by election day. I think Hillary has a better grasp of how to get things done in Washington. I think Bernie is more honest. As an Accountant/Auditor in my past life, ethics means a lot to me.

@cicerone imposter,
Current polling shows Hillary with a slight lead. By the time it gets to California and New Jersey on June 7th, Hillary won't need more than 20% to win the nomination. 50% will put her well over the top.

@parados,
I have long figured that Hillary Clinton will win as the dem nominee.

However, citizens takes on issues matter, and votes on those matter, whatever the continuing scrabble game in states to count votes.

Win all, blah blah blah, isn't all of the discourse or situation.

I'm a simple person - I would like one vote to be as strong as any other.

I take the whole system of individual votes tallied differently re representation as bs, fear of mob rule. Gerrymandering? Make me swear.

Clinton formally conceded the victory to Obama, threw her support to him and heartily and publicly encouraged her followers to support him on June 7th, 2008.
I don't care if Bernie stays in until June. Most people whose opinions I respect WANT Bernie to stay in - it sharpens the eventual nominee, and it makes the issues unavoidable and clear. Him staying in or not is not an issue to me. The issue for me is, I'm wondering what he's made of. Can he be big enough to throw his support behind Hillary and make a convincing appeal to his voters to support her the way Hillary did? That is very much an open question at this point.

By the way, without a citation I don't buy the "I don't buy the party unity" part of that quote. Not that I doubt your objectivity, or anything.

@Sturgis,
Quote Sturgis:

Of course a newsflash for you Blickers, is that outside of the big cities nobody wants to vote for Hillary. If there were no large cities, she'd be at the bottom the barrel when the delegate count was being shown.

So name a Democrat whose base in the general election is rural areas. I'm waiting.

And the counties Hillary won comprised over three quarters of the state's population-it's not like you have to be inner city to vote for Hillary, unless you think that three quarters of New York State's population is inner city. Do you?

Besides, reasoning logic's issue was not that Hillary's strength is urban areas, but that the green/gold chart above indicated that there was cheating on her part. Which is an inexcusable assumption for him/her to draw from that chart, since the red/blue chart below for a winning Democratic presidential year has been all over the media and internet for many years and has illustrated to everyone that Republican counties have more area than Democratic counties, but not more people.

And if the Independents got to vote in closed elections, Bernie would wipe Hillary out!
And if Hillary stopped stealing votes, Bernie would win in a landslide!
And if all the primaries were caucuses, Bernie would be the nominee easily!
And if we didn't have to count all those Southern black folks votes (from states that are red anyway), Bernie would have the most votes!

@reasoning logic,
It was a nice speech, and I like Sanders. But the speech didn't work in New York, as evidenced by the primary vote, and the Clintons have given much good to the country already. I think Hillary will make the stronger candidate in November. If Sanders somehow wins the nomination, I would have no trouble at all voting for him in November. But my first choice is Hillary, I think she creates problems for the Republicans that they have never been able to solve.

I don't think you have enough accurate information to base that opinion on. There were disparate pockets of like-minded people that did need a person to coalesce around. We are together now.

Without Sanders as a federative figure, you won't stay together very long. What's the name of this movement? What's its phone number and street address?

I would LOVE to see a real progressive party on the US left, btw. And that may be doable WITH Sanders, although hard to do. It'll be next to impossible without him. At least that's my 2 cents.

@Olivier5,
Just FYI, we raise millions of dollars in hours, and we disseminate information about rallies, new positions, and new party candidates through social media.

Tulsi Gabbard or Elizabeth Warren, Rosario Dawson, and a few others could take figurehead roles. Any movement dependent upon one person isn't a movement.

These issues and the mass of people forcing them into the public consciousness aren't going anywhere.

My pretty strongly held opinion. Smile

It is unbelievable at times the kind of people who support Bernie. I wonder if Hillary has such a diversity of supporters.
