The graphs are about mass incarceration, and we're trying to see if Clinton played a role in it and which one. The trend seems to predate him, which is IMO a strong argument. He does seem to have "surfed a wave". Arguably he worsened it. He certainly did not try to stem it.

And yes, it only shifts crime around.

About 40,000 fewer people got murdered during Bill Clinton's terms than would have been murdered under the murder rate he inherited. Your post seems to be little more than an attempt to downplay that fact, to dust it off.

You mean like accepting the lies that Bernie tells about getting free universal college education and free health care for everyone through a republican house and senate? The stupid so and so as far as I know hasent told his followers that in order for him to get his programs passed they have to elect democratic congressmen. Who is blind here? I guess you and he think all he has to do is snap his fingers and its done. Im not sure he can count on the democrates who will be part of congress. I have heard that many dont like him.
