Yes! Men are definitely more concerned with looks...but psychologically, they are the more visually inclined gender- they can't help it- so I don't hold it against them.
I happen to also be a very visually inclined person- just one of the many ways in which I am more like a man than a woman- I took a psychological test one time that informed me of that fact- that emotionally and psychologically, I had a lot traits that were more typically associated with males than females- but I was happy- because I think women can be extremely difficult and incomprehensible sometimes- don't you?
