well... if you asked that a few days ago I'd have been screaming something like:
THOSE STATISTICS DON'T MATTER!!! MEN AND WOMEN ARE EQUAL AND THUS EQUALLY CURIOUS!!!!
however.... now, my response is rather vague... so i won't discuss it!

do you think most women are only curious about makeup and the latest-in clothes?

Whether a noun is a subject noun or an object noun depends on its position in a specific statement. Would you agree?

Are you qualified to ask questions of such an intricate and subjective disclosure?

I think lostnsearching is most capable of answering those questions Mathos, what makes you think otherwise?

I think lostnsearching misunderstood my question. I have no doubt that women are as intelligent and curious as men, I just think that their curiousity and intelligence may be applied to different subjects- and I aint talking about hair and make-up.

Do you think men or women are more practical (in general)?

Her computer card probably ran out, I think she is a very clever young lady, well versed in the intricacies of the net. Wouldn't you agree?

I agree 100% with you, hope she sticks around, she is lots of fun.

Do you think all women in her part of the world are as clever as she is?

Do you think men are innately more curious about all that than women- given the fact that there are probably ten male astronauts for every one female?

Nope...If that statistic is accurate, then I think that it is just ten times harder for a woman to be accepted into such a program.

I have my degree in mathematics. While I was in school, I cannot even begin to tell you how difficult it was to get people (professors as well as colleagues) to take me seriously, probably because (a) I'm a woman and (b) I'm not a geeky woman.
So, the first day of classes, people (even other women) assumed I was an airhead. And I had to justify myself every second. In the end, though, it was always doubly satisfying to have the highest scores.

Congratulations on your achievements Jenny you must be a real fighter. Cool

As you didn't raise a question let me ask you one, have you ever been in charge of a team of men, and if so, what is the attitude in the US about such a situation?
