About five years at university, then a degree with honours, follwed by a course in psychiatry and several examinations throughout, plus a working envirnment in a psychiatric hospital..

I have been in charge of a staff of men, but it was in a restaurant environment and they had no trouble adjusting since we had been working together and they already respected me. The rest of my days have been spent managing women.
