It's a Parliament with a House of Lords having crucial input.


How it really functions though, I have no idea, it appears to exist on the back of immorality veiled in secrecy and back handers galore.

No, I think you're wrong about the British government, the scandals are few and far between, and to compare it with India or China, for example, is daft, to take a word from spendius's vocab

Visited many Clary and am aware of the depths of corruption in others. Ours is still not right though, think about it, it stinks.
