@bobsal u1553115,
Reality happened to her. As Hillary has said many times, better to keep the much expanded health care plan that they finally got passed and work on it, then to allow the Republicans to scrap the whole thing in the hopes of getting a single payer plan that they will never allow to pass, and end up with a net result of no universal health care at all.

I was going to say much the same thing. The same thing "happened" to her on health care as happened to every other politician who continued to try to get some kind of health care reform passed - including Bernie. They worked for 30 years to get the best plan they could come up with, and the ACA is what they came up with - which is better by all accounts than what we had before it. And it is a better place than ZERO to start from for improving healthcare policy. than

@bobsal u1553115,
She's the boldest liar I've ever witnessed. She met with him many times - photo-recorded fortunately, since she's such a liar, and he lent great support to her.

You could also say that Obama never should have run, being a black man. It had never been successful.

You could say he was a fool to try for ACA, get a dose of reality...

It can be done and it will be done - in spite of you roadblocks.

When the last time that HRC has told the full truth about anything?
On any topic, with any of her usual disingenuous misrepresentation?

For example, last night in Youngstown, OH, Clinton advocated that the TPP's "rules of origin" labeling laws be strengthened so as not to put US manufacturers at a disadvantage.

The only problem is, the TPP's fast-track status means that it cannot, from the US' end, be modified or renegotiated in any way:

Despite her tougher line, Clinton did not specify what standard on domestic auto parts she would favour as she campaigned in advance of the Ohio presidential primaries Tuesday. The Pacific trade deal can only be accepted or rejected by Congress in full -- not further negotiated -- so her position underscores her opposition to the agreement.

You want to talk about "unrealistic promises"? How realistic is it to promise to modify an agreement that can't, by law, be further modified?

I honestly can't recall the last time Hillary Clinton told the truth about a single topic. Can anyone here provide a counter-example?

@maporsche,
It was succinct and accurate.

I don't fall in line blindly to the instructions of someone I'm considering hiring -like you and your lemming ilk. Ilkster.

Hillary says, "Believe complete bullshit."
Maporsche nods enthusiastically, "Yes ma'am, may I have another lie to believe for you?"
Hillary grins, "Comin right up!"

Jesus Christ, you people. You've got to be mortified. LOL

@Lash,
I've hired probably 100 different people in my career.

Often I post a position with attributes that I want for the job. There's never been the perfect applicant who meets every requirement, but I still have a job that I need to fill, otherwise the company suffers.

Often the selection comes down to two people and I have to take the one who I think will do best in the role, even if they aren't the perfect applicant.

Waiting isn't an option when there is a job that needs to get done today.

"And by the way, on her worst day, Hillary Clinton will be an infinitely better candidate and President than the Republican candidate on his best day.”

But she can't hold a candle to Lash. And while Clinton is running for office, Lash is only running her mouth, cherry picking old news clippings. So Lash, how come you weren't raving about Bernie back then? I know this is hard to remember, but Mrs. Clinton was not an elected official, and there was a great deal of resentment and obstructionist moves by the Conservatives at that time who were outraged that the Presidents wife was not baking cookies, decorating the White House and the other more lady-like First Lady stuff those assholes approve of. Too bad Bernie wasn't the First Lady, since the First Ladies have so much power.

@glitterbag,
If she'd stop running on her husband's record, she wouldn't be open to the criticism that goes with it.

She can't have it both ways - LOL, although it is fun to watch her try.

Isn't that kind of a "no ****, Sherlock". All politician have virulent haters, it goes with the territory. Those who hate virulently usually are slightly unbalanced. People hate Trump, Cruz, Rubio, Bernie and Hillary, which group of ugly haters are justified or just nuts? The haters all lament the loss of liberty while they go about trying to deny others their liberty.

Yeah, sounds perfectly reasonable, except...
Hillary doesn't have the power to separate her political past from Bill's, even if she wanted to. Someone would endlessly be trying to tar her with everything that was bad about the Clinton presidency and deny her any credit for what was good about it. It's one of those things I know you know is true but can never admit because it sort of humanizes her position. And god knows you can't allow her to be seen as just a fallible human being with good and bad traits. It messes up your "Bernie Good, Hillary Bad" program.

The constant Hillary bashing would be a little easier to take from someone who didn't, in her fully adult and sound mind twice vote for the disastrous and toxic dumb-ass frat-boy George Bush. Now that same someone has seen the light, turned 180 degrees and now preaches the pure-as-the-driven- snow Gospel of Bernie. You'd think if nothing else, a person like that would just stop every once in a while just out of the common sense modesty that should result from having been so clearly and abysmally wrong in her political judgement. But I'm sure you think too highly of your astute Hillary bashing acumen to ever deprive us of it. We're so lucky.

@Lash,
Oh how witty. Lash I know you hate Hillary, but just don't vote for her. You do know you are not forced to vote for her and neither are the other fundamentalists who are too Christian to hate.

You seem to like thinking others are drunk all the time. Maybe you are the one with the substance problem. It's ok with me, I don't judge. Oh, but that's not the same as not having an opinion of you.

You can say whatever you want, and you do like to race to the bottom. But here's the deal my raunchy mouthed fellow member, I like Bernie, I don't think he will get the nomination and your nutcase accusations don't sway me or anybody else. Likewise, I doubt if anyone can dissuade you from supporting Trump or Cruz. I don't care who you vote for, just hope you vote.

No, she actually doesn't. But I know how important it is for you to cling to your prejudices, and small minded intellect.
