Sorry but once more the census count everyone repeat everyone an have always had done so no matter what the hell you might wish it to be otherwise.

But who know the SC in the future could rule otherwise but short of that happening it count everyone.

Just one of many questions the constitution takes no position on, which means the government and the people are free to decide it for themselves. That's what constitutional democracies are all about. As usual, millions of people disagree with you.

Everyone should be counted, but only citizens should be used for deciding Reps in each state.
