What are ypou bitching about? That is perfectly true. Each state runs the elections in that state., It is the state that is responsible for enrolling voters, seeing that the voting lists are current, and only registered voters vote. The states oversee the town/city/county local election commissions (which have a variety of names) who work under the state to actually enroll voters anddo the physical work of putting on an wlection. And every town/city/county/state has its own quirks. And NC seems to have an ongoing problem with one of its congressional district, to the point where the bipartisan electoral board there refused to cerertify the vote. A.nd it was unquestionably the Republicans who were ******* it up. NOT the Dems.
