@bobsal u1553115,
Bill Ayers hosted Obama's campaign kick off. It wasn't the Rev Wright.

@Baldimo,
Bill
Ayres did not "host" any function what so ever for Barrack Obama at any time.

Neither did Wright and I never said he did. But you guys always bring up Wright whenever possible so I thought I'd pre-empt you this time.

Well, this is awkward - GOP Email Scandal Explodes

http://www.politicususa.com/2015/11/12/clinton-attack-dog-chris-christie-accused-hiding-9428-emails-documents.html

Republican presidential candidate Chris Christie loves to pontificate from on high about Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton using a private email server during her time as Secretary of State. Christie has accused Clinton of not waning the public to know what she’s doing, saying “She believes we don’t have a right to know. When I’m president of the United States, you have a right to know what your president is doing.”

So it’s kind of bad that hours after Chris Christie puffed that he was uniquely qualified to “prosecute the case against Hillary Clinton” in the Fox Business GOP debate, papers were filed in federal court accusing him of hiding thousands of documents.

… Including emails. A lot of them. 9,428 to be exact.

Andrea Bernstein and Matt Katz laid out the case in WNYC:

Christie’s legal team is inappropriately hiding thousands of documents related to the Bridgegate scandal, the two defense lawyers argued in briefs filed late Tuesday. Among the hidden documents, the lawyers say, are emails to and from the governor’s personal and work email accounts and a calendar entry from the week when an order was delivered to close lanes at the George Washington Bridge in 2013.
The reporters note, “At least 16 of those emails were sent from top Christie aides to former Port Authority appointee David Wildstein, who pleaded guilty in May to felony corruption charges for the politically-motivated lane closures, and Bill Baroni, the former top Port official who has pleaded not guilty in the case.”

@bobsal u1553115,
Bob, you just dont seem to understand politics. If a republican does it its ok because the bible said its ok. When a democrat does the same thing its a hanging offence. Try to keep up!

Well, that is a generous way of putting it. As usual kind of telling.

@revelette2,
I've noted that as a reference point should the Clinton emails come up again.

Nervy when it's a Republican.

Noted.

@ehBeth,
Nervy that he had the audacity to criticize her doing it when he is guilty of the same thing.

Your comfort in misinterpreting without attempting clarification - noted.

@Baldimo,
Rev Wright said "damn America" and the GOP have been repeating that mantra for nearly 8 years....

Reverend Wright said it to provoke hope and change. The GOP repeat it to impose their wrath and warlike religious Armageddon so they can profit from the despair of people.

Invoking Nazis, Marco Rubio Hits Hillary Clinton for Not Saying U.S. Is at War With ‘Radical Islam’
Source: New York Times

Senator Marco Rubio of Florida, arguing that the United States is “at war with radical Islam,” sharply criticized Hillary Rodham Clinton for declining to characterize the perpetrators of the Paris attacks in that way, invoking Nazi Germany to make his point.

“That would be like saying we weren’t at war with Nazis, because we were afraid to offend some Germans who may have been members of the Nazi Party but weren’t violent themselves,” Mr. Rubio said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week.”

At the Democratic debate on Saturday night, Mrs. Clinton said she was wary of “painting with too broad a brush” while describing Muslims and terrorism.

“I don’t think we’re at war with all Muslims,” she said. “I think we’re at war with jihadists. We are at war with violent extremism. We are at war with people who use their religion for purposes of power and oppression.”
