Sound is the most invasive stupid webtrick of all. I don't mind if you set your whole effing page to <blink> or set their whole relevant content inside a <marquee>. I don't mind. Really I don't. I might immediately close the browser tab or just laugh loudly at your stupidity and aesthetic inabilities, but I won't immediately yearn for painful retribution. But sound, oh yessss, my preciousss, make them suffer!

In the interest of humanity then: Stop putting sounds into webpages. Thank you. And if you know somebody who committed such a thing, would you please at least slap him for me? Thank you very much.
