I think of something like this when I hear 'yoga pants'
But, I guess it could mean any type of pant that allows free-range motion (super baggy would also work) and can be long or cropped.

Well, clearly that is a mispost, but I'll leave it for it's level of mysterious brevity. Thinking now that we are dealing with something in heavy velvet, burgundy, I believe, thrown over a burgundy ankle length sheath which has very thin vertical stripes of gold thread woven through it. Gold slippers of course...
