I am wearing my ostrich costume today.
Pink platform flip flops with my beloved Josie Natori navy silk sleep/loungey thing. Looks sort of a drapey drapey sleeveless shirt dress. I wish I could afford more Josie. Gotta check out a T.J. Maxx the next time I go south.
oooooooooooooh pajamagram.com is having a sale ............ must run
A big plaid shirt in light sherbet colors (lime, tangerine, raspberry, lemon & grape) with white capris. Barefoot. Very summery.
Those colors do work, littlek.
On color, I am a rebellious sort. I buy and wear stuff in colors that amuse me (what other reason would I have for wearing that slimo green godawful sweater at an a2k gathering except misplaced intestinal fortitude? plus, that sweater feels good, despite it's sickening affect.) I am very much the forever-not-having-her-colors-done-scam person.
I am always, always, most comfy in black or navy blue, but my eyes like other colors and I love mixing colors with varied textures, and sometimes mixed patterns.
There was the day I wore the plaid thing with the dotted thing (trust me, they went) that my business partner's son, said admireingly, whoa! you aren't inhibited by the usual constraints, are you? I am ever so slightly controlled about this at work, in case a potential client would walk in the door, but range free on my days off. I don't mind wrinkles or paint spots on days off either. Ok, ok, I know I am radical.
We are occasionally color consultants for folks. We ended up, I am not kidding, picking the colors for the city dump. Well, it is called the waste management transfer station, and there are various buildings there. I suppose I should go take some photos.
What are you wearing?
As I sit here at my computer, all I am wearing is, my undershorts!
Blue checked Shady Shirt button up, black jeans JNKY, Silver Kenneth Cole watch, cK undershirt and boxer briefs.
Y don't we have a fasion Forum????? we So should have one it would be great discuss clothes and where to shop sales and stuff also there are so many cool new brand names what looks great feels great and has a resonable price.
The above orange linen pants and a green-tea, yellow and light blue cross-over t-shirt. Grean sandals.
What's a cross-over t-shirt?
Stripey cotton button down shirt (mostly light pink, some dark pink, red, light green, white) with 3/4 sleeves, cargo capris. Bo-ring.
More-or-less like this one:
So which is it, littlek... more or less?
Well, my shirt is a little less, more cropped up.
Thanks, littlek. I had bet some of the boys that your crossover t-shirt would be a little more cropped up than the normal woman.
You're a rebel, littlek.
A damn rebel I tell ya.
Is everyone naked?
I'm wearing a white ribbed tank top, traffic-stopping orange running shorts, and the coziest all-terrain hybrid shoes ever:
Very cool 7/8 length black pants with white detailing down the front, and on the belt loops - kind looks like basting threads. Black with white edging belt. White dressy t with a sort of stylized v-neck - looks like the inverted roof of an Indian temple. Black thong sandals with gold-coloured metal square inserts. No accessories - I figured there was already enough going on with the pants and belt.
army green shorts and a lavender tank top with black flip-flops. my hairs up. it's HOT!
Black track pants (the kind with the white strpie down the side) and a dark blue singlet top.
Aargh! I'm all black and blue!
likely to be mostly blue, with touches of purple, wearing just that in Melbourne in winter.....
