Ha! You're right!

Good looking hair there, Beth. Inspirational and not nearly so wild as I had in mind.

Casual dressing for dinner... I'm wearing black thermal pants, a medium blue camisole, pale blue silk cardigan, blue, green & purple seed bead necklace and earrings. Still bare feet... must find some decent slippers.

Thermal Pants? They're made out from Polartec and are the coziest things I've found for winter, smooth, soft, stretchy and wonderfully warm. I lived in them for about four months last year. They were my favorites, grabbed them as soon as they came out of the dryer, you know the drill. It looks like I'm going to do the same thing this year -- I need to find another pair!

Instead of the thermal pants I prefer to use flannel pajama bottoms. They are much less restrictive and do the warming bit just as nicely for me keeping my legs comfortably warm. Extra tip: tuck the bottom of the legs of either thermal trousers or p.j.s into the top portion of the socks.

Ahhh, Sturgis... my thermals are stretchy as a set of ballet leggings! I love your idea of tucking the pants into the top portion of socks, however. Hah -- what a fashion statement!

I'm wearing those black thermal pants AGAIN this morning, this time with a dark red, v-neck pajama top made of some wonderful knit that is very warm. I put on my pale blue down vest (reverses to a black flannel... Beth, you saw this vest in the Catskills) when I went out to feed the horse but it's hanging on a dining room chair now -- Temp outside is 42, temp inside is 71. Very Happy

I do love wearing red and pale blue together.

and I'm wearing a smile

Blue jeans, white turtle neck under a pink, flannel shirt and sheepskin lined clogs. Oh, and a cat on my lap for comfort and warmth! Both of us have a contented look about us.

WOSU!

I'm wearing tall black boots which are already getting a little scuffed 'cause I'm wearing 'em all the damn time, need to get something else to wear in the winter, too, long black skirt, dark pink long-sleeve v-neck T, wine cotton velvet jean jacket.

Not wearing it now, but have been wearing a favorite silk crocheted (as in, silk yarn) chocolate brown narrow + VERY long scarf that I last wore in the early 90's a lot, I love that thing.

Black faux velvet pants, stretch white tee, and a2k sweatshirt which I've had a couple of years now. Sadly I failed to put it in the wash with my burgundy bathrobe (the dye-ing phenom) and it remains pearly gray - and I've now given away the bathrobe. Tan "clogs", unlined. My shearling lined ones are drying in back after I washed them after stepping in dog poop yesterday...

Wah! I'm wearing flannel PJ bottoms, light and dark turquoise stripe and a turquoise t shirt. AND a long, medium weight grey robe and black slippers. Not quite cold enough to add socks to the ensemble.
