Do you put yourself in the doghouse for having that second piece of cake? How does that work for you?

I usually confess my wrongdoing to either the Matron or Ward Sister, and take my punishment like a man.

I'm not sure that I would call it punishment, but more cake must be
balanced by more exercise.
