Don't forget Raffaele. Monsters like Found Soul focus solely on Amanda because they have an obsession with putting innocent women in prison, but Raffaele is innocent too, and he does not deserve to be forgotten.

And actually there is no need for a top legal mind to sort out the case, as there is overwhelming evidence that Guede committed the crime alone, zero evidence of any wrongdoing on the part of Amanda and Raffaele, and so much evidence of misdeeds on the part of the Italians and the Kerchers that there can be little doubt that all have known from the start that Amanda and Raffaele are innocent.

Raffaele has an inheritance from his dead mother though, and what is justice compared to an opportunity for the Kercher family to steal the money that she left him?

What I find amusing on the subject is that the leftists who claim all men are potential rapists that just cant help themselves, and that rape is rampant on college campi, are in a dilemma when it comes to the subject of allowing private firearms on campus so that women can protect themnslves from this constant threat.
On one hand they claim the eminent threat but wont back the plan to allow women to protect themselves.

For all the women that get raped.

That become pregnant.

the lack of understanding is on FS part, in the age of multiple contraceptives and morning after pills there is no excuse for a woman having a baby she does not want under any circumstances, so her argument " you cant have a baby so you dont understand" goes no where. Babies are only part of the equation if the woman wants them to be, so they are not justification for any sex rule making.

Back in the day the then fact that women could not regulate their womb did argue for some rulemaking that made the woman the holder of extra rights, made the sex playing field uneven, as did her likely lack of physical ability to push a man off.....but medicine rubbed that out.

What we get now is women wanting to play by the old rules when it suits them (like the guy pays for dinner) and new rules when they suit women.

I believe in equality, justice, and rules only when they suit an identifiable good purpose.

I have not, I hear mostly walking on eggshells on this subject from the right. They tend to have grave doubts about the feminists assertions ( freely pointing out that there is no convincing proof for the feminists charge) and the government/feminist plan to deal with the alleged problem, but they lack the courage of their convictions to point out that this is a hoax being used to justify state abuse of the citizens.
