No my stupid friend I did a search to see if child porn was a problem on tumblr and if there had been cases of child porn being placed on tumblr not for the child porn itself.

Google does not give pointers to child porn itself.

For your and Izzy understanding this is the first results of a search using the keywords [Tumblr child porn].

Google does not give links to child porn on tumblr or anywhere else for that matter.

The ages and identities of the victims are unknown.

McGhee is charged with nine counts of possession of child pornography and one count of distribution of child pornography. Landers is charged with five counts of possession of child pornography. Both men are being held without bond.

You have an inordinate interest in child pornography, and claiming the viewer/consumer really isn't harming or exploiting children. I dont look for it, it shows up in porn feeds that I look at. Every so often I see a pic and think "no way is that female 17/18, 14/15 tops". I dont see 12 and under though, which in the 90's would pop up on porn sites unannounced. .

As an aside, I am seeing bestiality on Tumblr....gotta figure they are going to try to put a stop to that.

Yes for those who look for adult porn on the net questionable porn does come up now and then and if there is any question I wiped the file. Not erase the file but wiped the file as in overwrite the file that never come out of a separate encrypt volume.

So far as I know I am safe so long as I dont try to download the pic, though I do recall a case about a year ago that calls this analysis into question, something that had the state putting google search terms and viewing together to allegedly make a crime.

There was once an interesting case of a man being prosecuted for the crime of manufacturing child porn due to what was claimed to be an underage actress.

The prosecutor place a expert on female sexual development on the stand that stated the the actress could not be anywhere near legal age when the film was produce.

All was going well for the prosecution until the woman repeat the woman show up with a passport and a birth certificate showing she was 19 at the time of the filming.

How in the hell is the US government going to know how old a russian girl in Russia is? Putin is not going to cooperate, he just announced that he is ended a nuclear safety deal that is almost 20 years old because he is no longer interested in cooperating with the West due to disrespect to include lies on our part. I have seen a lot of females nakid and a lot of porn, these are underaged girls showing up on Tumblr.

Hawkeye it is my understanding that people have gotten into trouble over what was found in their browser cache with no evidence that they try to save the files.

Also there was a news story of how a state law had been "repair" to make it a crime to view such material without downloading it.

To me it is simpler to be safe by running my browser in a sandbox that wipe it content after closing the browser and this sandbox give great protection from malware.

The free version is more then enough at sandboxie.com and you might wish to look into it assuming you are running a windows computer.

I think BillRM and Hawkeye are victims of their own bullshit. People don't come across such material everyday, even when searching for mainstream pornography. As for Hawkeye's lauded claim that he's only interested in consensual sex, that may well be true in his personal life, but it doesn't seem that such considerations are taken into account when viewing images.

Such claims, once more, to be the victim of crumbling East/West relations, because the Russian made video he watched depicting a graphic rape didn't clearly state the victim was over 18, should be treated with utter contempt. 'How was I to know she was only 8, I just thought she was underdeveloped,' isn't an argument that would wash with a normal person.

The sad truth is that child protection is unfunded, and a lot of paedophiles will go unpunished, which is probably why those two are so relaxed in boasting about their google searches.

Sorry but the law define child porn to include anyone who is one day short of her or his 18 birthday and as I had posted here people had been charge by the US government with this crime with claims that an actor or actress in a video could not be 18 years old by expert testimony.

Testimony that in some cases that had been wrong with the charges drop at the stage of a trial in one case when the actress had shown up with her passport to prove that she had been 19 years old at the time of the filming.

Therefore there is nothing either illegal or immoral in doing such searches.

I haven't come up with child porn on my searches either. I would think you would have to put certain specific words to get those results. I could see it if you're researching the subject for a specific reason, but just accidently coming across it, I don't think it is as likely as those two make out.
