As usual this dumb ass has no clue as to the function of a Grand Jury. The GJ decides if there is probable cause to hold over for trial. PC is a VERY low threshold, VERY LOWand if 12 people who have sat on a GJ as long as these 12 have and obviously know the requirement could not find that PC which is usually very easy, then there was no case at all.

And he wasn't shot because the cop was hit he was shot because the cop CAN NOT allow an asshole like Brown to get his gun. And if he had lost consciousness that's what would have happened. Further, dumb ass he was shot to stop the advance on the police officer (proved by forensic evidence) which the officer could only surmise was to further the fight for his gun.

At one time black cops was not allowed to arrest white citizens in some areas of this nation and that was the case in my lifetime.

So perhaps CI wish us to return to those days just with white cops not allowed to arrested black citizens.

It racial bigotry does seems alive but it now far more in the black community then the white community as off hand I do not remember every time a white citizen is shot or killed by a black cop that whites assume it is a racial action instead of normal police action.

The cops have a duty to bring perps to justice without injuring them or other citizens, BUT attacking a cop is crossing a line in the sand, if you do that and end up dead I am perfectly willing to call it suicide by cop and be done with it.
