There are a lot of reasons to find this war in Iraq as highly disagreeable and stupid, but the behavior of these fellows isn't logically tied to this war. Even in justifiable wars, some percentage of combatants will be pathological.
While acknowledging that pathology isn't exclusive to the male gender, I would point out that one of those fellows is a female soldier, bern.
This is as good a reason as any to emphasize that even when war doesn't kill and maim, it still has an enormous capacity to injure.
Six soldiers are up for court-martial.
What are they going to do once the Army kicks them out?
They are qualified to be employees of the GOP.
