I'll be heading out on a bit of a jaculiferous road-trip within the next 24-36 hours. Ohio, doncha know. Catch youse all on the jacular!
Merry Thanksgiving, all you Yanks! Eat too much, drink heartily, and (best wish of all) may those first two have no effect on your shape or your head!
I was jaculiferous when I was twelve, but they shaved my head and gave me a special shampoo and it hasn't come back.

Yikes! I saw that and realized my cranberry sauce was boiling away on the stove!!! Thank you for the reminder!
ehBeth... have a good trip... :-)
My dog, Jack, has been jaculiferous... as his name implies... LOL...
:-)
Hey Fe, when I read your posting about boiling away on the stove I realised my beans were boiling away so thanks a lot for that reminder!!!
Have a jaculiferous time when the rest of the world are still working
The reminders are nice but we wouldn't be burning the food if we weren't here!
i have no food on the stove to burn...but i'm having a positively jaculiferious day at work
We're gonna have (among other things) jaculiferous yams tomorrow. Roasted or boiled and mashed? Opinions? Thanks from the confused cook.
mashed mashed mashed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Roast roast roast (easier AND yummy)
My bean soup was delicious, by the way, the extra boiling time was exactly what they needed.
What worries me about being here is the amount of work I don't do. Self-employed, working at home - fatal!
Hmm, since the regular taters (Yukon Golds) will be mashed, the executive decision was made (by my mother) to go with roasted.
Dang, I hope there's enough room in the oven. It'll be an interesting day.
Oh, and I have a kitchen ceiling again! Woo hoo! It's positively jaculiferous.
Sounds like jespah is feeling jaculiferous to have a roof over her head today.
Dinner was jaculeriffic; I hope it was for everyone else. Leftovers tonight, under the NEW ceiling! :-D
RealJohnBoy, thanks for the PM reminder!
If it weren't for the nice people on Balderdash sending reminders, I'd miss most of the words.
I am positively jaculiferized. Waaaay too much broccoli at Der Dutchman earlier this evening.
Glad you all had jaculiferous time - apparently grace is said in 75% of American homes over the turkey dinner. Hardly like pagan old Europe. All we do is drink to each other.
Is grace said over 75% of dinners in America (including t-giving)? I saw a sign on the front lawn of a church that advertized thanksgiving mass. When did thanksgiving become a religious holiday?
We just had a toast, but we have sometimes said Ha'motzi. Not this year; I'm not sure why not.
