@Fernandita88,
You are obviously are seriously undereducated about health and pregnancy issues (as witnessed by what you wrote on your other thread). Pressing your stomach is neither good nor bad for a pregnancy.

If you have an unwanted pregnancy (http://able2know.org/topic/228442-1#post-5512802) then it wouldn't be ethical for anyone here to offer at home based medical advice for you to take at home that my in fact be detrimental to your own health. Go to a doctor or a social worker and find a legal and safe way to terminate your pregnancy or find at least a legal alternative.

Here are some resources for you to peruse regarding what you should and shouldn't do during pregnancy:
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/pregnancy/WL00035
http://www.parenting.com/article/Pregnancy-Dos-and-Donts-1199832063709

Remember: If you try to do all the don'ts you find online in order to terminate the unwanted pregnancy then don't be surprised that not only do you effect the health of the child (if you fail to terminate the pregnancy properly), you can severely damage your own health and well being. Side effects may include becoming permanently infertile to death. Don't say you haven't been warned.

Listen to what Tsarstepan just told you!

Go see a professional...and if you want to terminate the pregnancy, do it through a medical professional.

Do not ask for or accept any advice from people on the Internet about how to do this as a "do it yourself" project. That is nuts.

@Fernandita88,
During pregnancy there are many things to be careful of. Mostly, do not take any drugs or alcohol during the first trimester, even cold medicines. Get an appointment with a ObGyn as soon as possible and they can help you with questions. Pressing on your stomach? If it hurts, don't do it. If you are trying to induce a miscarriage, this is not a good way. You could do permanent damage to yourself. If you are going to carry this baby full term, get some pre-natel vitamins. If you are very young, try to get an older person to help you with dealing with this. It's scary, but an amazing process!

@Fernandita88,
During pregnancy you need to avoid the activities which puts you at risk for falling or increases in the chance of trauma to your abdomen. You need not to drink alcohol during pregnancy by drinking which can result in birth defects like poor growth, Smoking, drug abuse, heat, extreme exercise, xrays, unbalance diet

@Fernandita88,
You should ask a doctor about this. Your body is unique and internet advice may be useless or even bad for you.

@Fernandita88,
Hi
Pregnancy is a especial time when your body goes through various changes. You may like to do all the stuffs that you normally hated. But, taking proper care of body is necessary for the health of baby and off course yours.
Avoid lifting heavy things or activities that are potentially risky like climbing on stool and doing dusting. Be careful and be healthy.

After reading this person's 2 posts from 11 months ago, I hope she didn't become a mother.
