If you click the link, then the nostril that's where you type moose. It's also where you type the answer to secret 19.
When you do the quiz from secret 18 at the bottom of the results, put the cursor over the question mark. It pops up the little box take the info from that box, put it in google and then type the last name back in the box you typed moose in. That will be secret 19.
