@Lustig Andrei,
I see it as an address. I don't give a fig what chumly says, although I admit to liking him.

@ossobuco,

As in you, a particularly incandescent fool of major proportions girds his thin and weak loins to ask me this? Surely we all understand the point the speaker is making.

And I don't give a fig what you think of me, since you know nothing about me and therefore you have no significance in my life. Although, I have to admit, there must be a reason why you're taking all this so personally.

@Gabrielle72,
My interest is amusement/dealing with a snot.

I'm still learning about dealing with snots.
I need practice.

@neologist,
I don't know what to say, I'm striving to be alive as are many other people here.

The whole thing about criticising spelling is beyond my comprehension re importance.

I probably spelled criticising wrong.

If you think a question is unimportant, don't answer. No need to turn it into a personal crusade. I'm definitely done talking to this individual.

@Gabrielle72,
There are many reasons,but I believe that the two most important reasons are:

l.Spellcheck does all the spelling for us.

2. 90% of the US populace are non-readers. Those who read extensively and broadly learn to spell and use good grammar because they read it so often.
