What are your pet peeves re English usage?

The overuse of acronyms to save having to write it out. They are fine so long as you know what they stand for, otherwise you have to look it up.

Couldn't agree more, and they often don't save time or effort.

You seem like the person nobody wants to be around!

You seem like an attention seeker.

When people use a small i as a personal pronoun to show their lack of ego thus attracting great attention to it. Maybe substitute "We" instead.
