@hawkeye10,
"He puts in managers...." Yup, you answered your own stupid statement.

Definition:
Quote:
man·ag·er
/ˈmanijər/
Noun
A person responsible for controlling or administering all or part of a company or similar organization: "the sales manager".
A person who controls the activities, business dealings, and other aspects of the career of an entertainer, athlete, group of musicians,...
Synonyms
director - administrator - superintendent - principal

Then, you had to add this unnecessary and stupid comment:
Quote:
..the management structure did not function well, and this is 100% Obama's fault.

The president doesn't micro-manage all the federal departments; that's the reason they have "managers."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_United_States_federal_agencies

If you really want to chase Obama for his management style, you need to look at all the previous presidents and compare their failures and accomplishments. From MPOV, Obama's doing an excellent job - especially on our economy and getting rid of terrorists like Osama bin Laden, saving our auto industry, and 'INCREASING JOBS' even while the GOP continues to handicap most legislation in congress.

What's your excuse for living? What have 'YOU ACCOMPLISHED?'

Your under qualified & inexperienced Obama puts under qualified & inexperienced managers

i think we need to go all the way back to Carter to find a president who mismanaged the executive branch bureaucracy to the extent that Obama has, so maybe it is not a coincidence that Carter was the last guy to lose one of our ambassadors before now.

@hawkeye10,
You're wrong again! GW Bush mismanaged the US government in almost all aspects; doubled the federal deficit, started two wars that were not paid for, and allowed torture of prisoners. That was less than five years ago!~

ABSOLUTELY!!!! GWB was the worse disaster to hit the US and indirectly the world since WW2. Frankly, Bush and his neocons should dig a grave and bury themselves. Unfortunately, the NEOCONS are alive and well in McCain still trying to get US military to go and die for Israel in a war on Iran.

These comments were made in the line of comparing Presidents, someone said you would have to go back to Carter to find a worse managed administration, (something like that)...

Personally I am getting sick and tired of these wild accusations with either shaded or no proof to back them up. How was the IRS scandal Obama's fault? What is your absolute proof for your absolute statement of guilt of the Obama administration for IRS employees to single out some conservative groups for extra paperwork?

Actually the guy in charge until Nov. 9, 2012 was a Bush appointee confirmed by the full senate on 3-14-2008.

These are not wild accusations, there is mounting proof showing the Obama administration abusing the power of the IRS to target TEA party member and others. Even Jon Stewart said Obama and his administration lack “managerial competence.” Personally, I am sick and tired of Obama apologists refusing to see the writing on the wall and ignoring the growing mountain of evidence that implicates Obama, his administration and the IRS.

Here again, hawk talks through his arse. The GOP cut the IRS funding to operate, then they complain they're not managed properly.

Same as Benghazi where the GOP cut security funding for our embassies. When four people gets killed, they complain. On top of all that, Stewart refused increased security when the army general offered to increase security in Benghazi - TWICE.

It's obvious hawk has never worked in management where different departments are managed by different people, because it's impossible for one person to micromanage everybody.
